The new mobile cryptotax app is now available!

After a long wait, the time has finally come! Our new mobile Blockpit Cryptotax app is now available in the App Store & Play Store! In this article we show you what the new app can do and what changes are planned for the Blockpit ecosystem.

Revised mobile design

In the last update, we already paid a lot of attention to the user interface of our web app and now our mobile app has also been given a new design. You can now find all the developments of your portfolio and all the associated portfolios and wallets in the new mobile dashboard. You can also switch directly to the detailed view of the individual positions. In the detailed view, the individual assets are displayed broken down by quantity and associated securities account. New functions in the mobile app

The dashboard now shows the development of your portfolio in different intervals (day/week/month/year). In addition to the display of the entire portfolio, with the new update you can also select the breakdown of the individual securities accounts and wallets.

You can now also view the tax effects of your transactions directly in the app, have an overview of your total income (broken down into short-term and long-term income) and an additional classification into investment income and other income (important for the tax return). You now have a full tax overview of your entire portfolio at all times, even when you are on the move.

In the profile settings of the app, you now have the option to activate the dark mode. As an additional security option, you can also choose to hide sensitive data in the app.

Performance Updates

Less obvious, but perhaps even more crucial, are the changes happening in the background of the app. We have invested a lot of time and effort in performance improvements to our API interfaces and have planned further in-app updates aimed at both user-friendliness and optimization of existing and provision of new API interfaces. In addition to the launch of the new app, tax-free assets and tranches will soon be identifiable. All important information on current updates can be found in our Helpcenter.
